The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without recourse.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 6win bet uses automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be closed and any accumulated balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

By using the 6win bet platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

6win bet reserves the right to investigate any account it reasonably suspects of violating these obligations. During an investigation, some or all account functions may be suspended. Where a violation is confirmed, the Platform may void affected bets or transactions, withhold funds, and report the matter to law enforcement agencies as appropriate.

All content published on the 6win bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the intellectual property of 6win bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

6win bet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity, even if 6win bet has been advised of the possibility of such losses. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
